Five modules are included: KonaKart Connector, TCPOS Connector, Variants, Store Management and Food Recipes: the KonaKart and TCPOS connectors are the basic modules for managing online and on-site shops respectively, while the variants for shop management and food recipe are additional modules that enrich the system respectively with functions for the fashion sector (such as sizes and colours) and food information.

TCPOS offers a variety of touch points with customers, marketing, sales and customer-centric services that can be managed directly from the Mago backend. Integration is complete: each document affects the quantities in stock and generates an accounting record, reducing bureaucracy and guaranteeing greater attention to customers, together with complete traceability of the information flow.
The integration between Mago4 and TCPOS is complete. Every change you make in the back-end of Mago4 is automatically transferred to the cash points and any sales transactions made in the stores are registered in the ERP, on time or at predetermined intervals. The fully integration between the systems allows the management of a single or multiple shops, with the possibility of adding the WMS functionalities to improve stock management. Other functions allow the management of articles, descriptions and attributes through retail categories, management of gift cards and specific price lists for point of sale, document flow and different payment methods and currencies

Variants of Mago4 simplifies the management complexity linked to the many existing variations for the same item and also facilitates changes in seasonality, with an additional advantage for products that have a seasonal cycle on the market. You can also enter the description and set a different price and discount, a barcode and the number of pieces required in the documents and inventory items.
The module allows you to manage the ingredients and operations that lead to a recipe, as well as providing the nutritional values and properties of the products, when you need to display different food information. The module provides the list of ingredients, possible substitutions, the list of all the operations and the espective preparation times, shows the expiry dates and allows to check the production of waste. The availability of products, both in terms of ingredients and finished products, is always under control thanks to the integration with the inventory. it is also possible to evaluate all the costs to establish a sales price.
Ticket Restaurant & Gift card
Mago4 is perfectly integrated with TCPOS cash systems and allows you to easily set up information about gift card activations and the use of Ticket restaurants in your management system.
You can set the value of the gift card, associate a barcode, decide whether to print a new card directly at the cash point or reload a predefined one. Thanks to Mago4 reports you can track how many gift cards have been sold and spent in your shops.
Your customers also have the possibility to pay using Ticket Restaurant. In Mago4 you can define how to process the ticket during the payment process and keep track of the company that issued the voucher.
