Through the Variants it is possible to produce and manage very similar items in stock, on the basis of a single list that gets the common features together. With appropriate coding it is easy to specify the components to be modified to obtain the desired article from its prototype. The variants are associated with the procedures of Costification, Production and Sale in Variant, Implosion, Explosion or Graphic Navigation.
The Configurator makes it possible to determine product composition alternatives, according to production and commercial needs. The module helps the department to define the alternatives so that they are feasible from the production point of view and convenient from a strategic/economic perspective, thus composing an offer in line with technological requirements.
