You can adjust submission terms every year and manage effectively not only the normal transactions to be included in lists, but also the adjustments that refer to previous periods.

COMBINED NOMENCLATURE AND CLASSIFICATION OF PRODUCTS BY ACTIVITY

You can save the combined nomenclatures and CPA codes in a table, maintaining the order and quickly posting the data. The Intrastat module is linked to Inventory items: in this way you match the nomenclature of articles and codes with services, thus avoiding posting this information when recording sales and purchases documents, saving time and simplifying the process.

AUTOMATIC INTRA-EU ENTRIES

Mago4 is also integrated with your Sales and Purchases module and can automatically generate intra-EU entries using the information you have already set, related to parameters such as the operation and transaction types. You can exploit the master data of the combined nomenclature and CPA code, and also the master data of other information – such as the net mass weight in supplementary measurement units.

In addition to the paper version, you can always generate your lists on files, ready for electronic submission. Finally, thanks to special reports, you can check the data before printing it.
